Everything you need before your next visit.
Find quick answers about appointments, walk-ins, nail services, pricing, cancellations and visiting Tracy’s Nails in Niagara Falls.
Appointments and availability
Booking your visit.
Plan ahead for a preferred time or stop in as a walk-in when your day allows.
Do I need an appointment at Tracy’s Nails?
Walk-ins are welcome whenever a technician and enough time are available. Booking ahead is recommended if you want a specific day, appointment time or technician, or if you are planning multiple services.
How do I book an appointment online?
Open the online booking page, select one or more services, choose an available technician and pick a date and time. Enter your contact information to confirm the appointment instantly.
Can I book more than one nail service at once?
Yes. You can select multiple services for one visit, such as a manicure and pedicure. The booking calendar calculates the combined appointment length and shows technicians who provide all selected services.
Can I choose my nail technician?
Yes. The booking form shows technicians who are qualified and available for your selected services. You can choose a technician or use the first available option when you are flexible.
Why are some dates or appointment times greyed out?
A greyed-out date or time is not available for the selected technician and services. It may already be booked, fall outside the technician’s schedule or be blocked for a day off or other unavailable time.
Can I arrange recurring appointments?
Recurring appointments can be arranged through the salon. Call us or ask during your visit about reserving a repeating appointment every few weeks. Availability is checked for every date in the series.
Can I book appointments for two people together?
Online appointments should be booked separately so each person has the correct service length and technician. If you want appointments at similar times, call the salon and we’ll check what is available.
Choosing a service
Finding the right nail service.
Start with the look, strength and maintenance you want. We can help with the technical part.
What is the difference between a classic and gel manicure?
A classic manicure uses traditional polish, while a gel manicure uses gel colour cured under a lamp for a longer-wearing finish. Your preferred removal process, wear time and nail condition can help determine which option suits you.
Should I choose acrylic nails or gel extensions?
Both can add length, shape and structure. Acrylic and gel use different application systems and can feel different during wear and maintenance. Visit our acrylic nails and gel nails and extensions pages, or call for help choosing.
What are dip powder nails?
Dip powder is a nail enhancement system that creates a durable layer of colour and strength. It can be a useful option for clients seeking longer wear than traditional polish. Learn more on our dip powder nails page.
Can I bring a nail-art inspiration photo?
Yes. Inspiration photos help communicate colours, shapes and design details. Nail-art time and pricing depend on complexity, so share the idea when booking or call ahead for an elaborate design.
Can I book a manicure and pedicure during the same visit?
Yes. Select both services in the online booking form. The system combines their durations and offers appointment times long enough to complete the full visit.
Do I need to book removal, repairs or extra length?
Tell the salon if you need existing product removed, nail repairs, additional length or detailed shaping. These additions may require more time and can affect the final price.
What should I choose if I am not sure?
Start by reviewing our services and prices. If you are still unsure, call Tracy’s Nails at (905) 353-8170 and describe the look, durability and maintenance you prefer.
Timing, pricing and payment
Planning your appointment.
Appointment length and final pricing depend on the selected services and details of your visit.
How long will my nail appointment take?
Appointment length depends on the service, removal, repairs, nail length and design complexity. The online calendar reserves the listed service duration, but the final time may vary after consultation.
Where can I see nail service prices?
Visit the Services & Prices page for current starting information. The final price may change if you add removal, repairs, extra length or detailed nail art.
Do I pay when booking online?
No online payment is required. The booking form reserves your appointment, and payment is made at Tracy’s Nails after your service.
Why can the final price or duration change?
Photos and service names do not always show the full work involved. Existing product, nail condition, repairs, shape, length and art detail can change the required time and materials. Your technician can confirm the service plan during consultation.
