Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Please contact Tracy’s Nails as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling releases the appointment time so another customer may book it.
Service prices and appointment lengths are estimates and may change based on removal, nail length, repairs, design complexity or services selected during consultation. Arriving late may require the service to be shortened, changed or rescheduled.
Recurring appointments reserve multiple future times. Cancelling one appointment does not automatically cancel the remaining series unless the salon confirms that all future appointments were cancelled.
